PREDIUM GUEST MARINA

Our scenic guest marina offers berths for overnight visitors. The dock fee includes access to restrooms, waste disposal, septic tank emptying, and water.

The guest marina also has a laundry room where summer guests or boaters can wash and dry their clothes.

The marina shop offers everything a boater may need during their journey, from equipment to groceries. On the shop shelves, you can find life jackets, ropes, oil, hooks, cleaning products, and other boating supplies.

In the food section, there are fresh products such as milk, ready meals, cheese, grill sausages, vegetables, and eggs. The selection also includes dry goods and canned foods, beverages with up to 5% alcohol, grill equipment and gas, as well as cleaning products. During the boating season, we also sell daily newspapers.

Reserved spots on the docks are marked with signs. Mooring at these spots without a reservation is prohibited. A reservation fee is charged when booking a spot.

Reservation Terms

Predium Marina has approximately 600 berths. The marina consists of three dock companies: Tenala Marina (docks 4–12), Järnö Docks (docks 14–16), and Ten-Bryggor (dock 13). In addition, Predium Hamn Oy offers rental berths in the marina (docks 17–19). Rental berths are also available at the Lappohja archipelago harbor.
